By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

5. Products, Pricing & Availability

We aim to display accurate product images, descriptions and prices. However, minor variations may occur, especially for natural gemstones and handcrafted jewelry. Prices are shown in AED by default (unless otherwise stated) and may change without notice. If a product is listed with an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel any orders placed for that product and issue a full refund.

6. Orders & Payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We may accept or reject any order at our sole discretion. We accept online payments using Visa and Mastercard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency). All cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer refuses to authorize payment, we are not liable for any delay or non‑delivery.

7. Delivery & Shipping

We deliver across the UAE and selected international destinations. Delivery timelines are estimates and commence from the date of dispatch, not order date. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or courier delays.

Sanctions notice: We will NOT deal with or provide any services or products to any of OFAC‑sanctioned countries, in accordance with UAE law.

9. Promotions & Vouchers

Promotions, discount codes, and gift cards are subject to individual terms. They may not be used in conjunction with other offers unless expressly stated.

• In case of a pricing error, we may cancel orders and issue a full refund.
