Serviceability

• UAE Deliveries: Estimated 1–3 business days after dispatch.
• International Deliveries (if offered): Estimated 5–10 business days after dispatch (subject to customs clearance and destination).

Dispatch & Tracking

Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours (business days) after payment confirmation. A tracking number will be provided by email/SMS where available.

Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and courier rates. Free shipping thresholds (if any) will be displayed on the Site.

Customs & Duties (International)

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees at destination.

Delivery Issues

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and evidence (photos for damage claims).
