Eligibility Window: Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unused, unworn items in original condition with tags, certificates, gifts, and packaging.

Non‑Returnable Items: For hygiene and safety reasons, earrings and pierced jewelry are final sale. Custom, resized, engraved, personalized, or made‑to‑order pieces are not eligible for return unless faulty.

Process: Contact us at info@houseofgemsuae.com with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). Ship the item back using a trackable service. Return shipping costs are 100AED.

Inspection: Returned items are inspected upon receipt. If approved, we will issue a refund only through the original mode of payment. Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank.

Exchanges: Subject to stock availability. Price differences (if any) will be charged or refunded.

Damaged/Defective Items: If you receive a defective or incorrect item, report it within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos; we will arrange replacement or refund.
